Cancellation & Salon Policy
At GlossBossG, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policies before booking:
Cancellation Policy
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings.

Guest Policy
To maintain a relaxing, professional, and safe luxury experience:
• You may bring one adult guest with you to your appointment.
• No children are permitted in the salon at any time.
• Only the scheduled client will be receiving services.
• If you arrive with additional guests or children, your appointment may be canceled and subject to the cancellation fee.
This policy ensures safety, focus, and the elevated one-on-one experience GlossBossG is known for.
