For your safety, nail services cannot be performed on nails or surrounding skin that show unexplained discoloration, drainage, open wounds, or any signs of a possible infection or contagious condition. This includes the application of gel, acrylic, Gel-X, builder gel, or any other nail enhancement products. If any of these conditions are observed, services will be postponed, and you may be asked to seek evaluation and clearance from a licensed healthcare provider before an appointment can be rescheduled. This policy is in place to protect the health and well-being of all clients and to ensure compliance with professional sanitation and safety standards. At GlossBossG, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policies before booking:
Cancellation Policy
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings.

Guest Policy
To maintain a relaxing, professional, and safe luxury experience:
• You may bring one adult guest with you to your appointment.
• No children are permitted in the salon at any time.
• Only the scheduled client will be receiving services.
• If you arrive with additional guests or children, your appointment may be canceled and subject to the cancellation fee.
This policy ensures safety, focus, and the elevated one-on-one experience GlossBossG is known for.
